All this talk about Sim City 5 being bad is deeply upsetting. To be fair though, as publishers go, EA are pretty horrifically ****. Hopefully they'll improve the system soon.

As for AoK, I think I may buy it if it's on sale on Steam for £10 or less. Tbh, I think about £8 is the limit I'd spend for a game that old.... Then again, if Jade Cocoon is released for the PSN, I may have to change my view on that if it's more than £10 (I can't imagine it would be though).

In other news, bought something called Hearthfire or something for Skyrim. Apparently you can buy land and build your own house from the ground up! Sounds fun!!!!

I need to get me some Skyrim DLC. Still love the game, but I'm bored of all the quests.

Hearthfire is pretty good. Entertained me for a little bit, decking out my house with every cool and rare thing I found through the game that I didn't actually have a use for. Got home one day to find Lydia and Aela teaming up to fight a Giant while my daughters hid away. My girls <3

Tbf yeah EA have ****ed up big time with Sim City, but who can blame them wanting always on DRM. Way to many people on the PC pirate games so they have to try something to stop t.

Well now they're getting **** reviews and tons of people are boycotting them, so that tactic clearly hasn't worked.

I didn't say the way they did it was good, they should have done a far better job. But you can see why companys like EA are intrducing the DRM more.

In Hearthfire, yeah. No shagging, you can only adopt. Go to Honorhall Orphanage (think it's called that) and pick one of them, or there are a few orphans roaming the streets of the cities. I think I picked one up from the streets of Windhelm.

Shame, was gonna name my daughter Jenny (nothing to do with Jenthesaint btw, I've always really liked that name).

Talking of Skyrim, do you improve your speech skill a tiny bit each time you sell something? I have quite a few high value items but I don't want to sell them yet as my speech is low and I don't want to be completely ripped off by the merchants.

Nope, I'm going to bed in a minute, then I'm up nice and early for Mother's Day in the morning. I'm hardcore like that.

I think you do, yeah. If you want, there's a glitch in Riften where you can keep "persuading" someone over and over again which improves your speech - if you think of it as cheating, don't bother, but I do it cause I'm too lazy to do it the genuine way.
