Sounds like he could be getting bail based on the agreement that he hands over his passport. Standard procedure.

However he has said he has many problems with the defence. Interesting........

Strange that he can comment on evidence when he has already said it is all about bail. Surely, there are only two things to consider...has there been a crime which it is reasonable to charge the accused with and then is he a danger to others or a flight risk.

IMO no matter who you are, if you are charged with murder, you should be remanded in custody until the trial.

The fact is that even if Pretorious did not mean to kill Reeva, he meant to kill someone when not under direct threat. The difference may be in sentencing.

Not surprising, but he shouldn't have got bail.

You can get bail here if the murder is a one off and you will stay for trial. Imprisoning every person charged may mean you serve a sentence when charges may later be reduced or dropped. Not unusual.

I know it's not unusual but for me murder is a crime for which people charged should be locked up until trial.

So random! He must be a not606 poster, Gaston was bigger onthe board before we signed him than any actual performances in a Saints shirt.

Apologies for an adverts you see before the game. I hate them too. Amusing for 5 minutes until you've scored three goals or three other results.

Not once did I say anything about you going to any of those eight hours of lectures. So my point is now "learn to read", you should be doing so much of it on a Law course anyway ;)

Every time I have to read a really long judgement I'll piss and moan about it on Twitter because that seems to be the done thing with judgements these days :p

You should propose a Twitter judgement, where judgements can't be any longer than 140 characters long. Would speed things up massively.

Well this is revolutionary. Maybe we could just get Banana in to tell us the conspiracy and nail them?
