On a related note, they're now talking about Sodom and Gomorrah, debating who it was in the Bible who God turned to stone.

 

Some brief research tells me that no one was turned to stone, but Lot's wife was turned into a pillar of salt as she watched Sodom burn.

I can appreciate when men are attractive, but I've never had the urge to bum any. Well apart from Liam Neeson, even though he's 60.

Yeah he got the freedom of Ballymena like a week or two ago. James Nesbitt is also from these parts, and so is Steven Davis.

 

Been meaning to comment on this since it happened, but Norwich has got themselves a pretty good striker in Luciano Becchio.

Well that trumps the famous alumni of my area (that I know of). Colin Firth went to the same college as me aaaand Dani King (won gold in the womens team pursuit at the 2012 Olympics) went to the same school and college as me, think she was in the same year too but unfortunately I didn't know her.

 

Davis went to my school and Lucy Evangelista too, who once placed Top 10 in Miss World.

I don't know of any famous people who were born in my town, but Stanley Kubrick lived and died here, and most Arsenal players have been based around here. Lee Dixon's daughter was in my year at school. Also I think Lewis Hamilton is around here somewhere.

 

talking of fancying liam neeson, ive always had a bit of a thing for tom hanks, thats weird isnt it.
