Obama walks around with body guards. His kids have body guards in their schools.

The people should have guns as well, other wise you get the government to do what ever they want to do to the people. The military, police and security are the middle men between the government and the people, so if they listen to the government which is in most cases, then they can enforce their will on the people.

Just look at the UK, It's a total police state now. It's very sad indeed.

Piers Morgan is basically a ****, I can't describe him any other way. I agree with you about Alex Jones in part, he is a bit paranoid, but does he work hard or what, this guy really gives 100% in his work everyday and has a lot of knowledge about what is going on in the world.

Not really conspiracy theories when they are based on facts and science and not delusions. I'm not anti-government. I'm a libertarian and an individual not a sheep. You can continue to be bossed around by the Shepherd. If you stand up, then you get what you want.

I'll continue to be bossed around then. To be honest, I'm fairly happy in day to day life and that's all that really concerns me. Think I'd be a lot more miserable if I spent all day every day worrying about The Shepherd and his evil plans to do.. something, ****ed if I know what the big deal is.

And 9/11, Sandy Hook etc conspiracy theories are just asinine.

Of course you're a sheep, you just come on here quoting the ramblings of various controversial conspiracy theorists and libertarians that you're into at that particular time. You haven't come to any of these conclusions yourself, you're believing what you've been told just like everyone else.

I don't worry about the government really, even though it needs a hell of a lot of improving. I don't think about it 24/7 if I spend more than 2 hours a week thinking about I'd be very surprised about it. I just like listening to different opinions and point of views. I think that it's always good to hear from people that know what they are talking about like people who work for the government like congressman, Ron Paul, don't think he is making stuff up about the state, don't know what he would gain from telling lies, I may be wrong though.

You've only got to look at the facts mate about 9/11 and I don't know any of the conspiracy theories about Sandy Hook so I can't comment on that. Do you know how many buildings collapsed on 9/11?

I've seen Alex Jones multiple times. He's not just a nutjob, he's a nutjob who is selling something. Go to Jones' website, and look at all the ads, all the products for sale. What are they selling? Fear. What is Jones selling? Fear. That's not coincidental. There's good money in being a raving lunatic, which is why he's a raving lunatic.

That's true in some ways, but I have an open mind and I'm considered to be a conspiracy theorist because of that.

Regarding 9/11- I'd like to know how building 7 collapsed, the first high rise building to collapse due to fire and it wasn't even raging as well.

Yeah, I mentioned Ron Paul due to what he said about Alex Jones being on the Piers Morgan show and that he thought that "1776 would start again" if he the government tried to take the guns away.

There's a reason for that. Jones is in the business of informing his listeners that civilization is about to end, backed by countless sponsors selling products best-suited for an end-of-the-world scenario. He's a huckster, one who convinces his fans that they are the only ones with their eyes open, while selling them overpriced packets of seeds and 14 karat gold coins and the like.

I don't believe that he is doing it for the money. He wouldn't do all that work and ridicule himself just for money, I don't think so.
 
This is the best footage of Building 7. You can see that the sixth floor of the building was on fire, and you can see how the beams buckled under the heat. You don't see the building come down in the video, but you do see that the fire is clearly weakening the structure of the building.

This tower stood for almost 24 hours. We're both not architects or engineers, but it certainly makes you think.

Glenn Beck was a run-of-the-mill shock jock. Then, he moved to CNN, where he mixed humor with fairly light commentary. Then, he moved to Fox News, where he began ranting about Obama bringing about the apocalypse for hours a day. Why the change in demeanor? There's money in it. Lots and lots of money.

Jones may believe in the overarching themes, it's hard to say. The theatricality, the EVERY DAY IS ANOTHER DAY CLOSER TO THE UNITED NATIONS EATING YOUR CHILDREN nonsense that forms the backbone of what he says? Snake oil. There's no better way to convince your listeners of what you're saying than to stroke their ego, and Jones does the 'only you believers know the real truth' act better than anyone since the revival preachers of the South.
