Agree with that for most food, but a little mould on bread won't hurt anyone. If eating mouldy bread killed you, there would be no oldies left in the world. Solved the problem anyway by keeping bread in fridge...otherwise I would throw away more bread than I eat.

All natural products are contaminated...FDA consider 60 insect parts in every 100 g chocolate acceptable (probably means raw chocolate...will be lower once diluted with milk etc). Also 1 or 2 rodent hairs per 100 g allowed...yum, yum.

They were 7 pint cans of beer which you had to open with one of those triangular can openers as ring pulls didn't exist back then. The joke was that the beer inside was usually Watneys and tasted disgusting. My fondest memory of a Party Seven was at a concert at Knebworth, seeing one sailing majestically overhead, spilling beer as it slowly revolved towards a group of people up the front who wouldn't sit down. We knew how to have fun in those days.

Neither have! But that's mainly because I've asked out so few people.

The beer will taste fine after only a couple of months out of date, you wouldn'tr be able to taste the difference. Used to work in beer distribution and we would sometimes get cans and bottles that were 6 months out of date and you couldn't tell the difference.

Onto the flour, I now work in a flour mill and the potential for explosions is very real with all flour not just when it is out of date. The flour dust is highly flamable and any type of spark could send the whole place up and probably half the docks.

Oh, I do go to the gym. Not really chatted to any women there though, but I did ask out one of the gym instructors once, that didn't go amazingly well.

Do you seriously not know that there are different kinds of mould? Some can kill you.
