From The Blue House Field,roker park and now stadium of light be proud and loud.
It's more than the old roker roar, it's passion and love. Whether you support away, travel miles to get here or even an armchair fan , you are showing support. Eight long years of misery are finally behind us.
Come on the lads, we are back.

Was watching in corfu today. In the hotel bar ordered a pint and the barman says. 8 years is a long time away. You deserve this and gave me a free beer. He knew the crack.

also got taxi from airport and the taxi drivers close family friend was from
Sunderland and bought him his first ever football top in the 70’s. A Sunderland top.
