it doesn't mean that if you are fit you get asthma. it does mean that some people who have asthma get it worse when the exercise, or in some cases people who don't exhibit any systems at rest do so when they exercise. From the Asthma Society:
I think it's bollocks the amount of top sportsman who claim to have asthma and if you were not allowed a performance enhancing drug to treat it I bet the number of athletes claiming to have asthma would drop like a stone.
I think you are sort of on to something, it's all to do with the size of the windpipe which can be enlarged with those inhaler type things. Those with asthma can get a restriction of the windpipe which can be relieved with the use of an inhaler. So saying that, if you don't have asthma and you were to use an inhaler your windpipe would increase in size allowing better air flow into the lungs and therefore enhanced performance.
Close - the inhaler is used to relax the muscles around the small capillaries in your chest, once they're relaxed the airways, the capillaries, open and more air can be drawn into the lungs. It takes about fifteen minutes to kick-in and remains effective for up to 3/4 hours.
Didn't he put some racist stuff on twitter?? About black men been superior? Then deleted it. Cost him I reckon. Not that he probably gives a ****
