I think looking back it was 1 book of Green Shield stamps (I think Adults were 2 books) standing not sitting of course!
Not ashamed to admit but prior to PL I never felt the need to , heresy some may say but we never sold out and tickets were aplenty. Money was tight so to spend a biggish outlay on a single income wouldn't have sat comfortably with me and certainly not with the missus , me and my boy bought one 2002 but thats it .Nowadays now I'm retired with a decent pension I can afford to indulge myself .So when theres a poll such as the one we're discussing I fully understand what commitment some have made to the club and continue to do so ,they're the true supporters in all senses of the word.
