Anybody who has ever watched live sports online will know that it lags behind transmitted coverage, sometimes by several seconds. This is why you may hear your neighbours cheer a goal that hasn't happened for you yet! Well the BBC reckon they have found a solution but are not in a position to roll it out yet.

I don't know if this will also work with the delay between radio commentary and transmitted coverage.
