Or just cover one game fully...let's say...the team at the top The regional programme idea is best, but the idea of providing a service has gone out of the window with the freezing of the licence fee. The BBC wasted money on massive wages for some 'stars' and now they are in a hole only programmes with mass audiences will be shown. They used to be excellent at making public interest and quality programmes that didn't necessarily appeal to a large audience, but no more. All part of the dumbing down process.

We have to hope so. The lack of coverage of anything outside the Prem has been made very real to us of late. One legged underwater basket weaving gets more coverage than the Championship on the sports bit of the news.
