Spot on, RVP played so many games last year because of a lack of another option. Now Giroud is here, he'll fill in for him in many games I reckon, so he certainly won't be starved for game time. Also, this will help RVP and take a lot of the weight off his shoulders.

Giroud is a good player. However, we have no reason to expect RVP not to play as he did last season. If that is so, Giroud will not get a lot of play time in the EPL matches.

Maybe, maybe not. But as it is all speculation, I don't think Oxo should give himself a heart attack over it :)

I predict RVP will play just as much as last season.
 
I know i've been harsh towards our newest signing, but i'll give him one bit of credit. His name. Olivier Giroud. How cool is that? Anyone called "Olivier" gets a thumbs up from me.
