I was surprised to find quite a disparity between the BBC website reporting of tonight's Brighton match, the match stats and fans views on here. There is almost no mention of a Hull attack (except Mclean's shot at the end), I understand we hit woodwork twice and this is not mentioned. Has anyone else noticed this? For those who went, is this reporting a fair reflection of the game?

I sent the BBC a snotty email after our glorious victory over Arsenal in the EPL when they failed to give Hull any credit for a great win on the BBC website. Strangely they were disinterested in my complaints. Is the BBC anti-Hull City????

nope. the BBC are just big time clubs. they give little or no credit to the smaller clubs. dont worry who cares anyway what the likes of the BBC, british media generally think.

to be fair though, the Five Live commentary team on that great Atrsenal day did say that the best team won in the end and to do it from a goal behind was a fantastic achievement. but overall the BBC are poor in there praise of the smaller clubs.

It's not just the BBC, but commercial radio stations too. I've been listening to Real Radio Yarkshire lately and on a saturday they mention how all the Yorkshire teams are doing, apart from us. The only time I heard us mentioned when we went 2-0 up against Liverpool in pre-season. The dj then said that Liverpool must have a weak team out!!

The only time I heard us mentioned when we went 2-0 up against Liverpool in pre-season. The dj then said that Liverpool must have a weak team out!!

no surprise. hence why the british media are regarded as being so poor and one track minded.
