ESPN is rumoured to be going off air in the summer of 2013 after they lost the football to BT. BT already here.

HE aint going away nor football from SKY until 2016. But Al Jezeera looks to be gunning for the full uk rights from the 2016/17 season.

SKY for me sportwise. Just think the quality of everything is better. Love my cricket so that's why i got it originally but there are a lot of good sports related programmes such as hold the back page, goals on Sunday and league of their own. Not into the whole political issues surrounding it just want to watch what i like and that's on sky. Annoyed they charge for HD so haven't bothered with it. only just found out you can get bbc and itv in HD anyway which is good but i keep forgetting until about seventy minutes into the football!
