Colonel Gaddafi was appearing in all sorts of British Diplomatic dinners in the UK two yeas ago. As an ally you supported him until it became rather uncomfortable to do so. I don't really criticise pragmatism, as long as no one pretends it was anything other than pragmatism. Gaddafi had the oil and we were all paying high oil prices, so they dealt with that crap as they should of, looking out for the country - but after such antics don't give a lecture on moral superiority.

I didn't intend this to desend into another Palestine vs Israel debate. More about the BBC and the dangerous precedent it is has set by bleeping out the word of a state recognised by the U.N. You should know that Muslims don't worship the Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him), we only worship God but good attempt CG.

Nothing has been presented or found to show they have any military nuclear ambitions and if you read carefully between the lines of the "damning' IAEA report you would see as such.(by the way did you know the current chair of the IAEA had his entire election campaign fimanced by the U.S. after the previous was giving an honest view of Iran's activities that conveyed no threat) Israel is not an ally, it is a belligerent nation with too much influence over the corridors of power in to many countries. They would have the US and UK start a very expensive (monetarily and in cost of human lives) war thay will only serve to further destabilise the region. Oh and mahmoud, do you not realise that if anyone is anti-semitic it is Israel for their racial persecution of the direct descendants of the Semitic tribes. Go ponder over that one
at mahmoud dude The palestinians and Muhammad were Jews, so by Israeli definition actually have more rights over that land than the current germanic jews unless of course you believe only white jews have a right on the land, seeing as jesus (a palestinian in actual fact) was in fact blond hair and blued eyed and was 'king of the jews look through your history books and see where moses was from, or abraham and then tell me that the arabs dont have 'biblical' claims
