Why would an honest football fan want his team to have an arrogant twat who spits his dummy out as soon as he does one trick too many (kids should look up to behaviour like that, should they?). Oh and not to mention that time you had about 3 players at once rolling on the floor!
I'm not sure, but I know honest football fans want players who produce sublime skill that no one else in the division can muster, score wonder goals regularly and win games for their team. I suppose it's similar to the whole Warnock thing, you hate him when he's not your manager because he's so successful and annoying to boot, but as soon as he's your own, you love him because of the success he brings. You'd love Taarabt if he was yours, but he's not, so you resort to faux-hate.
I don't think they do that much, in the old 606 we were actually complaining about being biased against us , I find it annoying like you do, that they put so much emphasis on Taarabt sometimes even calling us a one man team (Steve Claridge, the twat)
Only the QPR fans will know how good Taarabt is because they watch him every week. From what I've seen of him he hasn't been anything special, but his stats speak for themselves. Everybody knows he's got an attitude problem, he's on the same level of annoyance as Balotelli. Any normal manager wouldn't put up with it. Here's hoping he joins a bigger Premier League club and disapears into obscurity.
Yes of course, all Championship teams and a fair amount of PL teams would take him. It's just he's such a twat and it irritates me alot and the media sucking up to him. I can see where you are coming from with the "you'd love him if you had him" but i'm not so sure i'd want him in our team. He can change a game single-handedly, like Koren did before christmas but just wants to roam around the field and get on the ball and not stick to a position. I could imagine (not dream ) him getting a bollocking from Pearson then start sulking and stomping around the pitch.
A lot of times he is frustrating but then he goes and does something amazing and everyone forgets , he has an attitude problem , I think its cos he wants to always be doing those amazing moments and to be the best but when he's not playing as well he gets very annoyed, to be fair his discipline is a lot better than Balotelli's
The thing that would get on my nerves is the arguing with his own teammates. He did this loads at our place and I was embarrassed for him. I can't believe the rest of the squad get on with him and he must cause unrest in the dressing room. It's OK now because your winning, but when you start getting battered every week in the PL he will wear thin on them.
delusional!! Point 1) Warnock is a ****! A lucky one, I will give you that!But still a ****! Point2)Taarabt is a dummy chucking, prima-donna wannabe!! 'Nuff said!!!!
Lawlz, I think half our teammates hate him but his 18 goals and 20 assists is the difference between us being in the PL or The Championship next season.
