Not really, I'm more concerned that we're having a piss poor season ourselves than the alleged 'fact' that the rest of us will never be able to compete again.

I don't remember either City or Liverpool being involved in most of our genuine battles to win the premier league to be perfectly honest.

They tended to be against Arsenal and Chelsea. I can't see other of those disappearing in the mega awe dust created by those two either.

 

That's optimistic.

Wouldn't be so sure about Chelsea tbh, they're not super rich by todays standards and their squad is ****ed once hazard goes.

They've also got a transfer embargo to deal with.
