Off Topic Basic survival

Could you live in the wild?

I was watching a show called The Wheel, and thinking about whether I'd manage to survive alone in extreme places.

Anybody ever hunted and survived in the wild for a few days?

Is that where 83 has maybe gone? 83 in a forest, deerhunting.

I reckon I could catch a slow animal, like a hedgehog and eat it if necessary.
I would f ucking eat you if necessary mate<laugh>also no problem doddle.

Not really
But if heads are must well

****ing small beans compared to some on here but I spent a few weekends out hunting a while back and was happy catching, skinning and cooking small animals (pidgeon, rabbit and fish mainly). For the record fish are easy to handle, birds are easy to do but horrific to watch someone else do (twist of the wings, pull the head off and then put your fingers down the neck tearing it open before pulling out the organs) actually doing it yourself is fine and pretty much mechanical. Small mammals are another thing entirely, would probably be alright in a kitchen with sharp knives but sat on the muddy ground slicing through something basically in your hands without any surfaces when your getting covered in blood wasn't pleasant. I did it, I could do it again if needed but I can't claim to be used to it. It was a decade ago and I can still visualize it more than I wish. Tasted nice though and certainly made me appreciate the animal we had killed more than just a lump of meat I buy in the shops.

The most ragging *** board ever.
