Sack. Firstly and most importantly, he's generated a huge amount of negative press about our beloved club: he's an embarrassment to us and to football generally. Secondly, he's a liability. He left us - unnecessarily and self indulgently - to play with 10 men in our most important match of the season. Then Man City scored twice in the time added on to cover the Barton episode. To describe Barton as stupid is an insult to stupid people.
I think Joey's Twitter account might've been hacked... Either that or he's gone off on one... Some very odd Tweets on there at the moment including . Clearly someone trying to sabotage his career - don't think he'd go as far to post something like that.

Ah.. Yes - appears it wasn't his real account - just came up in a Tweet search I did and didn't see it had a sneaky little underscore in the username (it uses his same profile pic) and I should have known as I follow the real Joey Barton... I didn't think it was him anyway, thought his account must've been hacked, but I must look closer next time!
