How did he play yesterday? sounds like he made a couple of good saves. Did it look like his confidence is coming back?

But one bad game means he is a rubbish keeper and should never play for saints again

Now i can't agree with that. I admit that after the Blackpool Game i was so angry with him i didn't want to see him a SMS again. Now that i have calmed down i realize that he is still a young keeper who needs a run of games before becoming good. Look at Szczesny for Arsenal, he was poor in the few appearances he made when Almunia and Fabianzki were injured. Now he is one of the only bright sparks in the Arsenal defense. I'm sure Bart will come good if he gets a run of five or six Games either when Kelvin is injured or in a few years when he retires.

I was merely repeating what various people said of him after the Blackpool game.

Personally I think he's a very good 2nd choice and we're lucky to have him, one bad game doesn't make a bad player.

Glad Bart has had a couple of games to get his nerve back. He had little time to prepare for the Blackpool game and looked shocked...I know, he's a professional footballer, should be ready etc, but he's human and had a bad game. Nigel has let him play in Cup games and rest Kelvin...good man management. Doesn't mean that he won't be looking for a new keeper in the summer, but he's giving Bart a chance.
