So then..Ginetta says we shud stay away due to prices..I originally wasnt going to pay the £30 quid but have now booked my train ticket and am on me way.. how many sold so far and how many u think we will take??..

I went last season and try not to go to the same ground twice as I would rather go to a ground I haven't already been

Me and my lad are going, it will be our 3rd or 4th visit, but i do have a mate who is a Barnsley fan, so will meet up with him too while were there. I think its twice now, we have taken nearly 5k there, but i'm pretty sure the 30 quid price tag, will put paid to that this season................

Was going to boycott the game, but hey just got the urge to see Beckford and the lads win away (hopefully). Love going to Barnsley, especially when we fill the away end. But £30 is steep, yet I suppose there could be quite a few clubs jump on the bandwagon and charge more. You could look at it from a Barnsley perspective, us and West Ham are the glamour games, so they will charge more, no doubt we will do the same if we are in the Prem when Man U, Chelsea, Man City, Aresenal and Liverpool arrive. Yet I can't see Wigan at home attracting the same price (if they are still in the Prem).

I reckon we will still take 3,000. Always a good away trip. Tit for tat I reckon and charge them 35 quid when they come to us ;)
