Already corrected my mistake mate, they paid £7 million for Anita <ok>

(I also remembered that de Jong was a loan, still a waste of wages like.)

During which time Ashley's pocketed about £50 million off the Mags.

The gap between the top 7 (when Man U get back up there) and the rest is becoming quite sickeningly really...it's like 2 or 3 mini leagues which explains why the teams are all so tight.
Wouldn't trade them for the halloween personally mate, come back when you can get a fiver-for against us <laugh> Besides, the last 2 didn't really upset me at all because I was so disillusioned with the club by then that I actually hardly cared <whistle> Remember walking out after the third goal in the last horror show and just feeling empty, there was hoardes of us just heading for the pubs not really saying anything, no chants or protests apart from the little chavs singing the ever original "you fat cockney bastard". Such a surreal feeling, apathy.
I take exception to that, Bigirimana is quality but he isn't an English grafter so won't get in a Pardew team. Deep lying creative playmaker kind of deal, hope he signs for a club that will develop him properly and he'll become a top talent. The rest are, admittedly, Sunderland standard.
I never mentioned net spend mate, just said you'd splashed million on horse ****e which is correct.

That still doesn't explain why they get battered every time they play us <laugh>

BTW, if you're really saying you 'hardly cared' about losing 3-0 at home to Sunderland you're either a wum a liar or a Mackem.

You'd think a club about to lose their manager and best players would be better worrying about that wouldn't you <whistle>

I wonder if Bardsley has gone so we can pay Colback ......... Bardsley was on around 35k iirc.

As much as I hope JC signs a new contract, I would be mortified if the savings on Bardsleys wages weren't used to help pay for a quality replacement at RB.

Unlike many I like Bardsley. Sure he's limited, but he worked on his game and from initially "crossing" from the half-way line he developed the attacking side of his game and scored a few goals.

We all know about the PDC falling out, but it never bothered me, he came back and worked hard for the team.

I would have kept him, but now we move on and find someone better.

Well I see the usual suspects are ****ing themselves over this.
Personally, I think we've lost a good full back.
