What the report says about the culture is absolutely bang on - it's why we produced so much talent ourselves in the past and why we haven't for a significant amount of time.
Very true which is why it frustrates me a little about the style of play we play with at first team level. In the academy I'm sure we install the pass and move into the players why then does that change when we get to first team level, surely if it's believed thats how we want our players/teams to progress then it should be a mantra followed throughout the club?
