I'm near the Gothic Quarter.
Good restaurants round there. Don’t eat down by the beach, the food is worse and more expensive. Grab a snack in the market by La Rambla. Can be a bit touristy but also buzzing when the market is in full flow.

That's what I'm looking for, great advice thanks.

La boqueria, well worth going in and having a beer and some tapas.

Across the other side of Las Ramblas is Placa Reial, nice place to go and sit, bars and restaurants all around it.
Decent fish restaurants down at the harbour, right at the bottom of Ramblas.

A good area for a mooch bars is Gracia. Long avenue; avenida de Gracia, loads of bars, restaurants and shops up there and less touristy than Ramblas.

Beach area, Barcelonetta, is a bit **** to be honest.

Beat Irish bar is the George Payne, well worth a sesh in there.

Gaudi's church is meh, definitely only worth a quick view from outside. Also, do the Camp Nou tour. The museum is great.
