You mean your 1 victory against them you have been draw in the knockout rounds against them 3 times and you have only beat them once when you have a 7 game undefeated streak against them then you can brag.

I think we saw the end of an era tonight. Barca were totally owned. Roman would be even more foolish to try and copy the barca template after watching that.

Brilliant stuff tonight. However Bayern have shown before their weakness is thinking the job is already done when they get the upper hand, major overconfidence issues. See the final last year and Arsenal a few weeks ago.

Barcelona's problem is Sanchez and Pedro, just not good enough, when compared to Ribery and Robben. Secondly, anyone could see that Messi isn't fit, but if the manager hadn't played him, he would have been lynched by the fans.

Take out Messi and Barca are very ordinary going forward, regardless of the class in their midfield (Xavi, Iniesta and Busquets). When Real Madrid were playing Utd that was terrifying (Alonso was the puppet master, with 4 playmakers in front of him: Modric, Ozil, Ronaldo and Kaka...no chance!).

Barca's problem is that they built not only their team, but also their philosophy and footballing instincts around one man - messi. When he's playing, and playing even reasonably well, attack has always been the best form of defence for them. When he isn't firing however, not only is their attack rendered impotent, they also defend like a team that has forgotten how to do so.
