It's pure speculation to predict what might have happened had we had 11 men for 90 mins, but the sending off put us completely on the back foot again.
A big problem for English teams is that foreign referees often have a different attitude towards games, they give different decisions for different incidents. For example foreign referees give freekicks if a player's foot is raised while English referees usually don't.
