Can't remember now, I had a look on a couple of paper sites for more info. Could have misread in fairness. EDIT: Looks like I definitely did misread it! Whoops.
Seems the mancs came to the same conclusion as me lol http://www.not606.com/showthread.php/256511-Barca-have-been-given-a-Transfer-ban
Well BBC think they have already agreed a deal for Marc-Andre ter Stegen so doesnt look like Reina was going there anyway wonder if it affects deals already agreed or not.
well in the sense they cant be made official when window opens as they cant buy or sell, yes. even if deal was done before hand, the date it would be for ie official is when the window opened, so that is not allowed. i am guessing they will just have to bite the bullet and hope no one buys the players they had agreed deals with until they can again. although if you are a player and barca wanted you, you would wait one more season wouldn't you in fairness.
Think they will appeal and get a fine just like Chelsea. The real FFP to watch is the PSG one with the Qatar tourism that they say helps bring the funds in and if it is "legitimate". If all is fine on that one then FFP is a joke. Similar to when City "signed" Etihad for 400 million as a sponsor.
Sod the ban- it's the £305,000 fine that'll sink them. Seriously, why do they bother fining huge clubs such a pathetic sum? It'd be like being caught stealing a car and then the court fining you with whatever loose change you've got on you.
I knew the Spanish FA and Real in particular were corrupt but child trafficking? That is some bad karma. / Seriously though, it seems as thought it is the system the FA over there has in place is not correct either, making violations easier.
