Yeah in the context of a player wanting a move after being tapped up, but the club gets punished and the player not. He'd not read the story, try reading his next post ffs
His next post being: No less confusion here. You told him it was about minors and it just confused him a little into thinking the ban was on minors.
Are you on some sort of f**king mission here? For the benefit of the hard of thinking............ It was patently obvious he was talking about senior players moves being the reason for the ban, hence the reason he talks about European employment law and legal challenges. So he'd not read the story.......... He then reads the story and thinks the ban relates to minors, when it doesn't, it's across the board.
To me it's obvious that he's talking about players not being able to be traded, when they might want out. "Poor Barca, look at their squad, how will they ever cope." - Barca have a big squad full of world class players - so a ban wont really hurt them that much. "Makes you wonder though how this applies to players and freedom of movement in the European jobs market." - Ban for the club buying/selling means an unhappy player is stuck in a reserve squad and can't move elsewhere" "You can punish a club but can you punish a player who wants to move? I think that if any player challenged this in the courts they'd win. " - Barca may be worse off without being able to bring player X in, but if player Y is unhappy and wants a move how can they (FIFA) legally force him to stay? How are any of these points out of context in any way/shape/form? EDIT: I don't know why I'm actually bothered to be fair! #gettingpaidto
In fairness he could have meant that, ask him. However, a player under contract has no right to a move, so it's a moot point anyway.
