    There shouldn't be as much censorship as there is in the world, some of it is appaling. Like trying to watch American TV on Channel 4; so heavily edited there's literally no funny bits left.

    And freedom of speech is outside of right and wrong. If you're defending somebody saying "Yellow is the best colour" in the name of free speech, you aren't agreeing with them, you're simply acknowledging that they have the right to say it. The correctness of the statement from your viewpoint is invalid. What Kempton said is right. Defending a *****phile's right to free speech is fine, defending his right to rape children isn't and there's a massive difference. The fact that the ***** in question said it might sound wrong, but it's as much his right to say it as it is somebody to get offended by it.

    A lot of misguided media and celebrities tried to paint Chris Morris as some kind of peado sympathiser with his genius Paedeogeddon Brass Eye special. Of course they spectacularly missed the point or were more likely embarrassed at being made to look ****ing stupid.

    Just a thought.

    I do always smile whenever I see Dr Neil Fox who will forever be remembered for "*****philes genetically have more in common with crabs than they do with you and me. There's no real evidence for this, but it is scientific fact."

    Does anyone know where the term NONCE comes from?

    We let me enlighten you.

    Each prisoner detained at her majesty's pleasure would have a written file.

    Those who would get a kicking, if not worse, should they come into contact with the general population had the following stamped on their record;

    Not On Normal Courtyard Exercise.

    NONCE.

    It's really quite simple. Freedom of speech is important. It doesn't mean we can't disembowel anyone that thinks it's ok to **** children.

    Sometimes freedom of speech comes in very handy. Extremist religious types, standing on their soap box, preaching hate. At least we know who they are.

    Very modest and self-deprecating of you to say so. But Suited's post was probably worse.

    Well that makes sense, it's nonce sense!

    Funny thing is, the first time that series aired no one batted an eyelid at that episode but were up in arms at the 'cake' one. It was just after Leigha (?) Betts overdosed and there was media led outrage!

    If only you'd put FACT at the end, then it would be beyond doubt.

    I like the explanation and nobody knows for sure, so I'm declaring this one FACT now.
