Over 300 individual votes, and 92% think the idiot henchman Keohane is out of order.

All went to Selhurst - not at all "hooligan", just enjoy their football and the pub culture around it.

    Pathetic from the club imo.

I’ve been in contact with them on Twitter DM to offer the support of all *normal* Charlton fans. The poll result spoke volumes. I for one will be visible the day Keohane’s fat arse leaves the Valley for the final time.

I wonder what he'll be doing after we're sold......other than signing on.

Maybe Royston can get him a job washing dishes in the Commons kitchen?

Yobs at Hibs, Birmingham and Arsenal have demonstrated the need to effectively keep fans off the pitch. But it's a poor law which does not differentiate between a fan jumping over the barrier to celebrate a goal at the edge of the pitch, and a thug running across the pitch to launch a violent and cowardly assault on a player who had his back turned.

He got 14 weeks, plus a lifetime ban from Birmingham City. A couple of years back, another City fan invaded the pitch to prance around mocking the Villa goalkeeper after City had just beaten them. He got three months - roughly the same. So one idiot took a swing and hit a player on the field of play, and another mocked a player, and the judge ties them as roughly the same. I suppose we should be happy the judge didn't give him the community service his lawyer requested.

It should be for the home club to protect the players... Birmingham playing their next three home games without any Blue Noses at the games plus a 10 point deduction effective immediately should do the trick, let's see then if 15,000 home fans laugh and clap the protagonist off the pitch.

This is a football matter which should be dealt with by football authorities not only the Courts.

Agreed. What this guy did was worse than a bit of mockery.
Hitting somebody in the face from behind is despicable cowardice, the kind of thing that only the lowest sort of bullies in the school playground think is tough.

And if that moron had been carrying a knife Jack Grealish could be dead now, or in a hospital for weeks with his face being held together with stitches.
What would the FA do then?

It's only by the Grace of God that some tanked up maniac has not seriously wounded or killed a player yet. In other countries referees have been murdered by maniac fans.

Judges need to come down hard on this. Striking a player is much more serious than just running around making an ass of yourself.
