    If I painted your house it would be in Magnolia and there would be more paint on the carpet than on the wall..

    I can do a nice combi boiler for you though! :D:D

    I suppose you know all about the nightmare that is flues in voids and the annoying and expensive installation of inspection hatches, then Banksy?

    Those room-sealed fanned draught appliances have a lot to answer for!

    very much involved in that as we speak..

    A nightmare about to happen...

    If you are in that situation make sure the hatches give access to the flue THROUGHOUT ITS LENGTH. for complete inspection..
