Tenacious D?

I'll go with Metallica.
Reading 2009
I'll say Green Day then
Many times (about 6)...Milton Keynes two nights running
Tenacious D?
Reading
(PS Reading is the most souless dump of a festival...never going again)
Bachelors?
First group I ever saw with my Mum when I was about 9 or 10
I'll go with The Clash...

So it would be the Clash ....(so, so regret this)....although I have met someone called Mick in a pub in Shepherds Bush, and we have had a long conversation about Ollie and his tactics.
It was later on that I was told it was Mick Jones...and I could have really embarassed my self in saying though I never saw you in the Clash, I did see you in Big Audio Dynamite.

Take it away Big Dipper

Trust me when I say I feel your pain, Beth...

OK, try these:

Yes

David Bowie

King Crimson

Joe Jackson

Joni Mitchell

The Only Ones

Lou Reed

Crosby, Stills & Nash

Chris Isaak

Thumpermonkey

Laura Marling

King crimson
No. Saw the 1980s version at the Palais (0 points for asking me "which" Palais)... Flew to NYC for the reformed 8-piece in 2014 because they weren't (at the time) saying they'd do any European dates. Big fan.

No. Saw them 3 years ago at the soulless BIC in Bournemouth.

And the winner is...
Lets go with Joni Mitchell?
I never realised how good she was until it was too late to do anything about it.

Mr Steelmonkey, it's your ball.

Bournemouth and London sold out according to his website, which also urges you not to use secondary ticketing sources or touts. Still some tickets for Nottingham, but I am travelling at that time. Balls!

Cheers BD.....I've compiled a few lists, but as everyone is going for oldie classics, I'll bring it up to the 21st century with my first list!

Arctic Monkeys
Kasabian
Muse
Oasis
Blur
Pulp
The Verve
Stereophonics
Franz Ferdinand
Radiohead
The Killers

As a bonus guess, out of the 9 bands that I have seen, there's one of them I've only seen once, the rest I've seen multiple times - freebee guess for that one!!

By the way Beth/Stan, Nick Cave is amazing live - saw him at T in the Park a few years ago! And there's tickets available for his Glasgow gig!!

Nobody needs to see Muse more than once, and The Killers would be my guess for not at all.
