I get a right dogging off my boys for losing the plot at times its just that I'm emotional and hate losing. Then just as you are calming down you get one of those yellow tw:ts in your face.
It would take a dam good reason to justify ejecting someone during Loftus Road's biggest game for 11 years. Smoking an e-cigarette certainly wouldn't suffice, and you'd hope the stewards would have the common sense to recognise that. Does anyone have a definitive answer as to whether stewards have the authority to physically remove fans? I'm guessing they wouldn't have immediate access to barred fans lists, so that seems an unlikely explanation. The stand-out reprehensible moment from that vid is when the drunk tit in beige shoves everyone down the stairs, that could've been really nasty. You don't want pushing/pulling or punches to be thrown...but at least that stuff's unlikely to result in broken backs or limbs.
I read that the bloke at the centre of this had brought out an alcoholic drink from the bar and refused to hand it over or take it back so the stewards were trying to eject him.
To hell with this. I made a post to Staines who's well able to take care of himself but it was pulled for no other reason than a member of the Moderation team (not Nines) still has it in for me because of an episode some months back. That's bullying in my book. I'm off Oh and you can kiss my
The ground is private property and owned by the club, the stewards act on behalf of the club and if they say leave and you don't they can use reasonable force to remove you under common law. I doubt this is all down to just an e cigarette, the fact the area and incident was being monitored by CCTV would indicate that there was something in the build up to that. Also the security office where the CCTV is monitored will most likely have instant access to all banned fans, would be silly if they didn't!
So Swords, does that mean we won't see you until next season then - Que Sera, Sera, Whatever Will Be, Will Be, Are You Going to Wembley?
its double standards that annoy me fan throws a punch inside a ground gets a life time ban that is fine. one player assaults another on the pitch tunnel etc gets a slap on the wrist. should they not both be treated the same. yes i know its how they make a living but in any other employment the law is the law. its about time the fa sorted out football and brought in some respect i am surprised that live football is allowed on the tv before the watershed after all we can all lip read. good luck in the Final
