1. It makes you talk a load of ****e. 2. True. 3. There's not much evidence that smoking tobacco causes liver disease but there is some evidence that it can adversely affect people with liver disease caused by other sources such as alcohol abuse. 4. Hemp is widely produced already and if there's an economic argument for it then no one's going to stop it.
1. Some of us suffer with that already. 2. - 3. OK, fair enough, but you know what my point was. 4. True, but more could be done with it than currently is.
1 - what about the mental health effects? 2 - yes it is. its like alcohol it has benefits but look at the damage it does to society 3 - weed is often mixed with tobacco and you are still inhaling smoke. cigs are the 'enemy' at the moment more than any drug the way the lobbyists go on 4 - we agree with his one Also can you explain why in countries li8ke china/japan where the smoking levels are higher the disease rates are lower? I only mention this as I dont believe a lot of the crap associated with smoking cigs (and i am an ex smoker). Thats not to say it isnt true, just seems dodgy to me I have seen the doctors explain every illness under the sun to smoking, if you dont smoke it must be because your dad did, or your grandad Again not saying it isnt true, just people get taken along with the hysteria imo
4 - you would think so but not true. Hemp is actually used in making currency apparently But its like synthetic aids/HIV drugs that were made at a fraction of the current cost (£200 to 2pence). The pharmaceuticals took the creators to court and won Capitalism is th eworst drug of all
I read somewhere that Hemp is a fantastic alternative to plastics, but it's very difficult to get a license to grow it.
1. It has never been proven to have any effect on mental health, with one exception. There is some evidence that it might increase the likelihood of getting Schizophrenia in those who are genetically predisposed to the disease. 2. There's no point me continuing to argue this, we'll end up going around in circles. I don't agree, and we'll leave it at that. 3. I've already discussed this. It's like saying chocolate is harmful if you make it with dog ****.
thats too much weed talking that is i didnt think it was an argument, was enjoying the discussion tbh, as i said it could all be true, but you got to admit that whatever is the 'evil' of its time gets the attention a good example is the veil ban in france. forget the ins and outs, rights and wrongs the french commissioned a study in 2008 i think it was, and this found that out of 1500000 women 2000 wore the veil. even greater figs if you look at as 2000 out of a population of 60m or something yet the uproar worlwide is massive
The way they transported those poor little calves in the lorries before slaughtering them was shocking though.
the last time somebody had this conversation, they were tucking into a veal dish at an italian restaurant
My argument is that most people smoke weed with tobacco. I've never known anyone who doesn't and I've known a fair amount if dealers and smokers. When I say 'most' it's only because I'm taking your word that some smoke weed without tobacco. It doesn't burn well if you don't. Hence smoking joints is bad for most people.
So at no point has your argument concerned Cannabis then. You've just been repeating that Tobacco is bad for you.
The reason why only 2000 wore the veil is because the French women are overwhelmingly non-Muslim We will fix this in due course
Smokers are meant to feel like lepers these days me thinks... So much for freedom of choice... I'm a no smoker by the way..
I used to smoke a ****load of green and never, ever put tobacco in with it (although I would roll it in a cigar leaf). Mixing it with tobacco is very much a British/European thing.
We were talking about drugs in Britain. Most cannabis users in this country never consume weed without tobacco. So for the vast majority, cannabis use is bad for the health. Maybe cannabis on its own is harmless, but I repeat: MOST BRITISH CANNABIS USERS MIX WITH TOBACCO. So it is bad for their health. I don't understand why you're struggling so much with this. I think you're just being awkward.
I am not 'struggling', nor am I being 'awkward'. I think you're confusing yourself with your nonsensical argument that Cannabis is bad for you if you smoke it with Tobacco, which makes ****-all sense. As I said above, it's like saying Chocolate is bad for you if you eat it with Dog ****.
