LOOKS like Bamba will partner Cooper and will give much needed aerial power for set pieces Where does that leave Pearce on his bike rather appropriate today As for the loanees you can only pick 5 in your match day squad so he can leave out Adryan and Fabio and still sign 2 more loanees and I expect this to happen its obvious that the team needs more steel
A very good signing for you but will scare the **** out of you aswell. He loves nothing better then dribbling the ball out past the strikers
Got a mistake in him but strong as an ox. Would have loved him 3 years ago but looking forward to seeing him play.
Completely agree with this. Issue is having not played much football in last few years (I'm taking glory's word for that one).
Leeds United have successfully persuaded Palermo to insert a purchase option into a loan agreement for midfielder Granddi N'Goyi. The Whites are raiding Palermo for N'Goyi's team-mate Sol Bamba, who is heading to Elland Road on loan for the remainder of the campaign with a purchase option included.
Anyone know anything about N-Goyi?? Hopefully he is of a bit higher standard than the 30 other central midfielders we have
Only what I read on Wiki, started his career at PSG, Defensive Mid. French U21 International. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Granddi_Ngoyi
Agree Mr WW, Both are young, not journeymen, and both are vital to our defence, both for back 4 and mids. Pearce I suspect will go, and Wooton considering he wanted a move to Rotherham. Austin could be another mover, and if a big enough offer come in then either Byram or Cook could go, we wouldn't miss any of'em in my opinion. I suspect Bamba may be cover for Bellusci, just incase the idiots at the FA find him guilty of nothing.
How old is Bamba? 30 isn't it, wasn't he a child prodigy who has been on a downward path since his psg/ leicester days signing for weaker and weaker clubs in weaker and weaker leagues! Playing fewer and fewer games? If I am wrong I am wrong, but that sounds like the descriprion of a journeyman.
Not a bad player, still got a couple of years left in him and knows all about the championship.Lets give him a fair go ay,since it looks like Barcelona still aren't prepared to let Messi come on loan and subsidise his wage .And even if they change their mind Glory will barack him as a show pony.
I know what you mean, he will get a fair go. Describe what a journeyman is to you. There is nothing wrong with a few journeyman if a club is short of grafters. We have loads of journeymen at the club already that we never see, Bambi will just be one more and you know it. Typical of you to look at settling for second best though. why Messi and not Scumronaldo?
Chippy, I was referring to Bellusci and Cooper not being Journeymen, Bambi is 30, but I suspect is cover for Bellusci, just in case. Chippy, stand in corner for 30 minutes and say 10 hail marys....
