Considering our very recent form, if they win, would it be regarded as giant killing?
Probably not, just trying to cover all angles and get the retaliation in first...

If that happens they may end up taking Eze, BOS and Chair back with them. I'd prefer we stay under the radar with a non live TV game with the likes of Barnsley or Bristol Rovers, and save Man U, C, Liverpool etc until after the window is firmly locked.

SW at home - they'll do.

Why is everyone so down about it being a Fri night? What's the difference to it being a Tuesday for eg?
Sunday we only got 6712. We'll get more v Sheff Weds , I am sure.

As more people don't have to work Saturday mornings as do Wednesday mornings, I'd have thought it would be better too. I used to love the night games when I lived in London, get a decent crowd in there and the atmosphere was fantastic, and I reckoned we played a lot better for it.

Who remembers the 3rd round cup tie reply against Chelsea in 73 kicked off at 1:30 on a Monday lunchtime due to the winter of discontent and power failures....crowd just shy of 30000 packed into HQ and we beat them 1-0 first time we beat them.....

Now we won't even get 10000.....how times change.....

re CFC game, I remember bunking off school for that.
Did a wall collapse, or was that a different game?

We don't play one single game that kicks-off at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon this January.
