Bloody monkey look a like prick.

As someone said before maybe he would have got a place in the Champions league team of the year but he didn't deserve that. He's done well but not that good.
 
Completely undeserved. His only notable performances were in European football, he only has 3 assists and 7 goals in the league... Nolan has 2 assists and 12 goals for comparison.
 
he has played well, but because he played well in 2 out of 10 champions league games the media think he is ****ing awesome.


and a shock another london clubs player wins the young player of the year...
 
He doesnt deserve the award, just had a purple patch of about six weeks where he was on fire. I dont know why people are calling him a prick for winning the award, he cant help it and he seems quite down to earth for a footballer imo.

Just out of interest, whos got the most assists in the league this year, and how many has Barton got? I'm guessing Adam or Nani will have the most assists but Barton cant be far off as he set up the majority of Carolls goals.

Pretty sure Nani's top, Arshavin and Brunt were up there as well. Barton's got 7 I think (6 of which for Carroll?).

I think we need to credit Barton with more goals than his assist tally. He's easily created 20+ goals this and we haven't won a game without him.

He may not have got the final touch, but his play leads to the goals.

You say that, but you have often uses Gutierrez's assist number against him when he too is heavily involved in a number of goals.

Yes but i think we can easily say that Barton has done more for the team than Jonas. It's Barton's deliveries that have created us so many goals, he may not get the final touch but it's him that created them.

I think Jonas has been good recently but he's without a doubt our least influencial mifielder this season out of the main four. Nolan has scored alot of goals, and been a true captain, you can see the difference without him, we haven't won a game without Barton, and his vision and deliveries has been vital, Cheik Tiote = Cheik Tiote. Jonas has been great, and i'm not denying he's had impact this season, but the others have simply been more vital than he has. IMO obviously.

You could easily buy a better winger/midfielder than Jonas, Cheik Tiote, Barton and Nolan have given us something priceless.

I wasnt arguing how good he is, but you have to accept the given assist number or don't, it's double standards. You claim Barton has made 20+ goals despite being credited with 7 assists but said Jonas was **** because he was credited with 4 earlier in the season.
 
That's complete ****. Bale over Arshavin? Bebatov? Wtf is this ****?

I know Berba is top scorer but he only scores in the odd game and is inconsistant. He's a great player but no where near a player of the season type performance from him.

I think Nasri should go **** himself, he's been ****e recently. Barton/Adam in his place.

I don't think Jonas is ****, and i'd never say he was **** just because of his assist rate. It's his overall play that wasn't really impressive, but he's been class recently. I still think we need better but he's a decent midfield player. Hard worker.
