Surely if Gareth Bale was a top player he would be playing for a better country than Wales!

"Although many soccer fans in England might think that Bale has been the best at doing soccer in the EPL this year, it’s fair to say that some guys do not. The best example of this is Coach Ray Hodgkins, who has resistified the temptation to call up Garth Bale for the England Soccer Club."

I've tried to read that without laughing four times so far and failed.

I'm not so sure Soccer Guy knows where Bale is from and/or is clear that Wales is a place and not Cetaceans. And yet he remains brilliant.

"Voluntary Simulation Plunge"

:D

He has such a way with words.
The "Dwayne Rooney" has had quite a few bites from planks correcting
his spelling.

That is the funniest thing I've read in AGES.

That story is basically Marca having a little childish cry to themselves about the meanie pants Mr Levy not letting them play with his favourite toy. I've never seen such a whiny post - even from Marca.

'Dictatorial stance'? <laugh> Adolf Levy?

"The hardness of Daniel Levy in this proposed deal is driving Real Madrid and the player up the wall, as nobody can understand the dictatorial posture taken by the Spurs president."

I think most people would understand what he is doing. We don't want to sell, what's difficult?

Oxlade-Chamberpot is my favourite, though that's probably because I said it on here about 10 minutes before him and like to think that he copied it from me.

If you dig deep enough, there are probably a good 20 top-notch soccerguy-isms.
I note that some have recently made the "trying too hard" claim.
So perhaps he needs to cut down on the Twitter and do more periodical articles.
