The mother-in-law makes the finest caked in England, neigh the world. The downside is, I don't like cakes. I'm a pastry man.
Not that I understand anything about TV, but isn't this just a product of the BBC pissing around buying stuff off 'production companies' instead of getting on and making, and owning, their own programmes? They should have the balls to get on and do that, instead of buying things off some mates company ? Or am I talking bollocks?
It's like every other public body, the NHS, local authorities, they are all moving to be commissioners rather than creating or running things themselves. ITV, Channel 4 etc no different. It's the way of the world now, it's meant to be better. I doubt it is.
None whatsoever, that's not how they get income. And anyway If they'd made their own programmes some investment bank backed 'celebrity' production company couldn't hold them to ransom Serves them right (I've no idea whether any of this is correct, but there's something fishy)
