We roll onto Saturday for another stressful free 90 minutes of football.

Albion have not lost a game since the end of February, 4 wins and 5 draws .

I think they are safe, but there is talk of a points deduction which seems to be driving them to get as many points as possible to be well clear of Oxford.

I will go with a 2-1 town win.

Yep, never has the old cliche of one game at a time been more apt. Get a win somehow and we could even have Southampton as a bit of a free hit, with just QPR at home. I’ll go 2-0.

Win this and we are up imo!! Purely because we will beat qpr. Win this and Millwall lose to Leicester, we are promoted, so have to put everything into this. WBA 2-3 Town

Just in case anyone wants to predict tactically, latest table below with three games left. Looks like it’s Gaffers to lose! Mike and SD still tied with same correct guess percentage, so bronze will be shared this year if things stay the same.

I’m going for a Town win. If there’s one guarantee for a McKenna Ipswich side - we get the wins at this stage of the season when second place is on the line!

As Evesham says, West Brom are also in good form and will want to pad out their points total, in case a points deduction is forthcoming this season. I still think we’ll have enough about us to see the win out. 2-1 Town win.

Going to force San Diego to be negative and join most others in predicting a win. Will be far from easy but, 2-0.

ANy one of the next three games could see us over the line. It's ours to lose.

Just to make it harder, WBA have been deducted 2 points immediately, meaning they are not sage from the drop.
Feels an absoloute ridiculous decision to make with just 2 games of the season to go.
Either deducted them the points in March when the FA knew about it, or wait till the season finishes to deduct them next season

Mike, I don't need to predict a negative result, just a different win score to yours and hope I get the correct score points!

3-1 win.

If Stretchy copies my prediction, I'll abuse my mod powers to change it :emoticon-0110-tongu

****in' ****ty fixture list lately. 5 weekends in a row have been/will be 12:30 kick offs. With working during the week and 12:30pm being 4:30am over here, I haven't seen a live match for quite a while and won't for the rest of the season.

If we still need points in the last game, I'll probably get up for that one. What's with everyone playing at lunch time on the last day of the season anyway???

Gritty start to this match. Both teams playing quite cautiously - almost as if they’re happy to take the point.

West Brom almost took the lead with Kipre caught dawdling under an aerial ball at the edge of the area. West Brom striker pounces but strikes the rushing Walton, who makes a good save (although I’d argue the finish should’ve been a lot better).

We need to shake some of this complacency off because West Brom have had the better of the few chances in this game so far.
