paying high wages to young players as unproven talent ends in what we have now - players who don't make the grade who are impossible to offload because their wage demands are too high. as such, they'll see out their contracts at Arsenal, costing the club huge amounts of money, tying up wages, and then leave on a free and pick up good money elsewhere because of their low cost.
