Just imagine if the police were above critism

what would you all be saying....

guess what refs are......the police on the football field.

There should be a No-Respect campaign until refs earn the respect.

Oh and Its Sir Alex Ferguson. Bacon face, can imagine your a right laugh you. So original aswell.
 
I never said you should respect him.

Not the brightest are you, I said the refs need to earn it. They have been very poor for years. Never used to be this bad until they were given a free ride by the FA when it was made an offence to question them.

All I said was baconface was childish. Most none childish people would agree.

You get one decision against you and suddenly say the refs have been poor for years. Perhaps you should try supporting another club for a while and see how often you lot get away with bookings.
 
Its quite a lot more than 1 decision and its quite a big deal when decisions like this cost us the title last season.

Liverpool 5 times European Champions.
Bob Paisley the ONLY manager to win it 3 times with the same club and he did in in just 9(NINE) seasons.Ferguson hasn't managed it in a quarter of a century of trying.Plus you know that European cup you won in 1999,its in the Liverpool trophy room.You can visit if you want.5 times winners get to keep the trophy.4+ winners are great clubs.Man United aren't on that list.

I'll give you a tip mate, to help in further arguments. You've effectively lost the argument when you end up having to say "Not the brightest are you." Because you cross the realm of friendly banter and into frustrated poster mode, which is typical of ignorant forum users these days.

The refs have been poor yes, but it is extremely ironic that Man United fans only come out and say this once they've got one bad decision - when the rest of the league have been saying this for years. We dread coming to Old Trafford when we know Howard Webb will be refereeing, and it's not because we think you're the better side.

Baconface is an astute observation of the face of your manager - which happens to resemble Bacon, due to his blushed red and pale skin complexion. People use this term because they have contempt for Ferguson, due to the fact he is a spoilt brat, who has disgusting chewing habits and is arrogant beyond belief. This is why he will never be a "great" manager.

Can you argue the fact that Ferguson does indeed have a blushed red and pale skin complexion. That he has a bad habit of chewing like a cow during a match, and that his constant refusal to appear in front of the cameras after the match is both spoilt (that he can maintain it this long, and still be able to pay off the fine) and arrogant (most managers would have cut their losses after a few matches, knowing keeping it up would damage their reputation).

I think you maybe need to take a step back from your club to appreciate just what everyone hates about it. Stood so close to it, you see but a small glimmer in an otherwise pile of ****.

Our club is loved across the world. Hatred is reserved for those who watch on with envy.

And yeh, he looks like an old man who sits outside a lot. Hes pushing 70 after all.
 
Its going to be worse on Sunday.Hasn't Ferguson had a few altercations with Phil Dowd over the years.Phil Dowd is the ref on sunday.Ferguson is going to kick up a stink because he hasn't got his own way...Howard Webb isn't the referee.

Love the above comment. Oh yeah, a Manc whinging about the standard of refereeing in the premier league. Priceless. What about all the nasty tackles and elbows flying that a certian Mr Granny Sh*gger does, and gets away with it.
 
You forgot about the amount of times he berates officials.Respect campaign my ****ing arse.It applies to all clubs except Man United,they don't show any ****ing respect.And their managers is 100 times ****ing worse.

Envy? What should we have to be envious of? We have better reserves, we have a better academy, we have a brighter future, we have financial stability and we have owners who are willing to spend a bit of money.

I'd rather look towards the future than the short-lived current success; because give it a few years and the roles will be reversed.

He's pushing 70, but still unable to get that elusive 3rd European trophy? How long's it taken him now? 25 years... and he's unable to manage something it took Bob Paisley just 9 years to do.

There is a simple reason for that.
Bob Paisley is a great.He was held in high regard by opposing managers.Brian Clough one of the most difficult managers to ever grace English football worshipped him.Brian Clough once said ''He's broken the silly myth that nice guys finish last,He's one of the nicest people you will meet in any industry..and he's a winner''..The only managers that respect Ferguson are ones that he managed when they were players or ones that kiss his ring like Fat Sam who is a ****wit.The decent managers treat him with what he deserves and I include Arsene Wenger and Jose Mourinho and Carlo Ancellotti in this....contempt.You would never see a man of real integrity like Kenny Dalglish resort to pulling down Fergusons pants and kissing his arse like Fat Sam does.
