Nothing else would be my choice but alas I am a great beleiver in democracy so I`ll let the others debate and vote and then, in the end we`ll do it my way <whistle>
 
i would say the black one but on the left side of the sword have the word 'THE' in white and the right side of the sword the word 'GAS' in white. that would be my opinion <ok>

however we have sold a player in chris lines. and next season we will have a new team photo with lots of squad changes no doubt. so as much as i like the above pic, maybe better to avoid the team photo. but we can still use it as an option along with the black pirate pic and any other suprises steve has up his sleeve <ok>

Don't forget that the pics are going behind a transparent/white background, therefore wondering whether the black version would be better ^^^^

We had a similar blue and white background and it did not work, so had to go back and change the banner.


If you look at the Gills board, you will be able to tell what parts of your banner will be poorly visible.

gashead1's wins hands down <laugh> but i would prefer a better bird on the right with more skin on show like megan fox has demonstrated ;)

steve, looks good <ok> but looks like nit enough going on. maybe have our logo either side like what you did with the team photo?? i will let others say so they can have more imput <ok> or have 2 birds as stated above ;)
 
Ok, but i have give up for tonight, getting pissed off with myself and PS, if i keep going I will uninstall the stupid program and never look at it again, so need a break.

Will look into it more tomorrow.

Surely if there is any women on it, it should be Cathy Barry ((who is meh for me, big Bristols (See what i did there) but not much else)) and Sophie Anderton as they are both from Bristol.

PS: I doubt i will put either on, but they are more Bristol than Megan Fox thats for sure.

PPS: I closed PS down last night without saving the PSD for the skull banner :( so will have to start it from scratch but Football starting today, so that takes priority.

I'm lost with all this technology stuff but I agree with gashead1...I like no. 3. Thanks for all the thought and effort.

my views on this, i prefer the 1st one as it will stand out better in the background. the 3rd and 4th one wont stand out as much as its bright behind the white page. although they are both really good but i dont think it will look good behind the white page. i would prefer the 2nd 1 more as i am loving the ships but the rovers logo covering it ruins it slightly. if the logo was moved right in the top corners then the 2nd one would be my choice but as it stands, the 1st would be my favourite.

again all 4 are very good steve <ok>
 
Well i dont usually put important things like the badge and text right at the side as members on 800 and 1200 pixel monitors wont see them, the banner doesnt change size, it just cuts **** off.

as for the light on the white opaque foreground, not to sure if it will or not, but my firebug has decided to stop working, so cant check yet.

BTW the sunderland board have just put up my latest one, not saying you want a copy, but it may give you some ideas. (or you may hate it and say no thank you lol)
