apart from a good one to take the flak ,when it all goes tits up, as a politician he could not be seen to let a club die in a percieved tory area! but to sell to his poodle and pay his poodle 150k to do so! Whilst recouping some of his investment!

it could make sense but i don't think it's true. For one thing, why on earth would he bother? Why make all that effort just for a little club in Watford??

yeah but then when one of our targets chose a league 1 club over us , we got kinda disillusioned steve!!
No I think we are going to be involved in the loan market which doesnt close till end of september! and I feel it would be nice to have this issue done and dusted before new season kicks off!

1st spell with us he was brilliant, then went to West Ham was Ok but got injured, Keane bought him for i think 8 million (may have been less though) and he just was not the same player at all, he is supposedly on £40,000 a week as well, went on loan to Leeds last season, and as far as i can gather, wasnt very good for them either, but rumour today that Brum want him, so hopefully that comes off.

 

8m blimey that is a long way out of our budget! 80k maybe !
