It's not the Z4. That's my other car which I can't use as often as I'd like cos of the woman and childer.

The fuse indeed does seem to control a number of functions for some reason. And it's in the glove box, not to be confused with the second fuse box under the bonnet

So what kind of car is it then?

I've got a normal bulb but it flickers.

There's an easy way to fix that.
Take the bulb out, make sure the switch is on, lick your finger and stick it in the hole.
