My fat twat of an uncle is in his mid 80s and regularly wears shell suit trousers and a bum bag. I would tell him these things were never cool even when they were around, but he was never cool either, so they suit him well.

Wedging a bit of doubled up cereal packet in between the brake calipers on yer BMX so it sounded like a motorbike when it rasped on the tyre. Pocketfuls of cardboard for regular replacement for maximum exhaust noise.

Reminds me of dynamo lighting that I had on my bike. Powered by a motor that goes against your wheel and makes it a hundred times harder to peddle and slows you to the speed of a comatose tortoise
