Ferrari simply doesn't have the traction out of the hairpin, been the same all race.

Sainz doesn’t seem to have the drive of the final corner before the long straight that Max does. Just like Charles didn’t being stuck behind Ocon

Is Ferrari’s skinnier rear wing just robbing them of downforce a bit too much?

Downside... This championship is fast slipping away from Ferrari.

What's utterly crazy, given how Ferrari came out of the blocks and how bad the Merc is.,.. Merc are closer to Ferrari than Ferrari are to RBR. They're having a bloody howler. Urgh!

Merc aren’t closer to Ferrari than Red Bull. When Hamilton made his final stop a few laps before the safety car occurred , he was nearly 30 seconds behind Sainz.and 19 behind Verstappen. George still needed to do another stop. The Safety car gave Sainz the opportunity of a free stop otherwise he probably wouldn’t have stopped again. 5B3B4DEB-08C1-4273-BFCF-D989C69C29E9.png

Only because Ferrari have had about 6 mechanic retirements and Mercedes 0 without that the gap be like triple what it is now

But that has been Ferrari’s Achilles heel for over a decade now, reliability. Merc to their credit very rarely break down.
