Aye not keen on a white shirt at all.

Hopefully the 3rd kit will be something decent, though given I don't blow money on the kit every season it doesn't totally matter I suppose.

Also I can see the justification on the previous page is at least well thought-out.

In the year of the Fratton clock incident i remember wearing not a shirt but a club windsheater type jacket which was almost identical to this new away kit. So we have been there before, its was trendy then, but now ?!!!!

Yes a good day out indeed, a cracking 0 - 0 draw, our mini bus upside down when we got back to it, and a right old tear up, funny how you remember things, can you remember at the end of the match when the crowd had gone, we were left in the ground, and there were about 300 pompey fans running from terrace to terrace, stopping chanting a load of old ****e at us and then running to a different part of the terrace. Truely amusing, i was in the Navy at the time came home on the friday back down on the saturday, as the bus was wrecked i went back to my ship (HMS Glamorgan) and my mates caught the train home. Went out on the saturday night (in normal clothes, well the fashion was pretty trendy) and the Sailors and Locals didnt get on all that well and ended up in another tear up in Southsea on the Saturday night. Happy Days

Might not yet be trendy but we can start one. After all white is now the most popular colour for new cars.

Bit of an eventful day in Portsmouth back in '83. They do seem to enjoy a good spell of fisticuffs down there.

With the Blue trim and shorts it looks OK.

Must admit, not sure why they need 3 strips. Only change when there is a clash. There's a propensity to change strip even when there isn't a clash.
