Away end is but don't know about neutral zone next to it, considerably more expensive though I imagine.
Nah a few blocks are the away end which is just under 3000 and the rest of the stand is 'neutral'.

Got my train booked for Chelsea. There and back for £25. Have to get specific trains between Winchester and Clapham Junction but still a good price. I'm not getting the coach into London again!
