Can anyone who has been to City before tell me what traffic is like getting away from the ground? Wondering if getting back to Soton for a night shift for half 9 is pushing it a bit.
I have been there for a Saturday and a midweek away game. I don’t think you’d make it. What is it on a straight run, 4 hours?
Bet he had a cracking time, would have loved to do something like that at his age. Presumably he's going to Leicester with you then? Seriously considering it... Yeah google says 4 and a half (roughly) so probably about 4 which would be (just about) fine for a 5pm finish... it's more worrying about how long it would take to get out of Manchester... probably cutting it too fine to risk it tbh.
He’ll be at Leicester (bit of a dash as he has a driving lesson first) Getting out of the city can be tricky. What time is ko?
What for Man City? 3pm so would leave ground at 5 and have just over 4 hours to get to car and then home and to work... **** it, might just write it off and do Leicester instead if I can find someone to go with, wanted to get at least 2 of the big 6 done this year though
You’ll leave the ground at 5pm but not the city. Can meet at Leicester but I might be right on time because of his driving lesson...
Well I'm waiting to hear on leaving early that day so won't know for sure for a few days... want someone to come up n split costs really. Not far at all from you thinking about it actually isit?
I was considering going to Leicester, until I realised that the train would cost me about £170, and the train back leaves at 10:55pm and gets me home at 8am
Leicester ticket bought Interest that 3 quid was deducted from the ticket, I had assumed that was only for home games. Is it because it's a cup game I wonder?
Reckon it may have been a mistake but I'll take it, can't complain at twelve quid for a fourth round cup tie.
