it's not the creatures you should worry about. it's the country being built with murderers and rapists. i hate australia and will never go there. my children and my childrens children will never go there also.

I'm down here for the year, and it's class. Seen redbacks, huntsman spiders, pythons, taipans, crocs, the lot. It's amazing how quickly you lose your fear about them all, and it just becomes normality. Like someone said earlier, the figures of actual deaths are minimal. Saw in a museum in Sydney that more people die each year choking on lettuce than from sharks in Oz.
